Shipping Policy for Local and International Trade
Our company is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for both local and international trade. For domestic shipping within Malaysia, all orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and delivered through trusted local carriers. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. Customers will receive a tracking number upon dispatch, allowing real-time monitoring of their shipment. Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or government regulations will be communicated promptly.
